Our goal is to keep pricing as straightforward as possible so our clients know what to expect. It can be difficult to accurately predict how much time a specific job may take, however, we can provide you with an estimate after our initial analysis.
PRICING
We charge $250 as a base price which pays for the first 2 hours of work. Every additional hour is billed at $95/hour.
UPCHARGING
Most contractors upcharge materials. We do not add a percentage to products we have to purchase for your project. We feel its a hidden way to increase prices. We know a home project can be expensive, time consuming, and inconvenient. We want to serve our customers, not find ways to increase their bill.
MATERIALS
We try and stay stocked with commonly used items in an attempt to keep your price down. We may need to make trips for materials during or before your job starts. This will be counted as part of our initial 2 hour block, or billed at $95/hour.
